You'll be surrounded by thousands of visitors spending hours on end — Northern Nevada’s largest Gay & Lesbian gathering.

Vendors please check in between 8:00 and 9:00 and be open for business by 11:00am.

Each vendor booth includes 2 (two) PreShow VIP Welcome Party invitations for Friday, August 16th.

Also, each vendor will receive 2 (two) Admissions into the fairgrounds which will be available for pick up at vendor Check-In.  Food vendors receive 4 (four) Admissions.

No tent stakes allowed in park - please come prepared to weigh down your tents. 
Potable Water is NOT available at park fairgrounds - Vendors Must Bring Their Own.
